We understand that everyone is concerned about Coronavirus. And we are as well, which is why are taking precautions to keep our clients and our staff safe. We are committed to maintaining a high quality of service and timely responses to your needs. We are continuing to monitor the situation and have implemented the following procedures:
1. Ongoing monitoring: we are reviewing the COVID-19 situation daily and are following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). We are also communicating with the building management where are our office is located.
2. Services will remain consistent: Our business services and internal infrastructure support will continue in the event our physical location is temporarily closed. We are prepared to work virtually if necessary.
3. Meeting Options: If you have a scheduled meeting in our office, we recommend you call the office to reschedule as a phone/video conference in order to minimize personal contact. The best practice is to have a phone/video conference and upload your tax documents to the portal. We will have minimum appointments available within our office. If we are not in the office’ please place your documents in the mail slot in the door to our suite.
